Sampling & Sample Policy

Below charges are per project.

Ascend tufted samples from current sample library - free of charge.
All samples to be returned at client’s expense.

1. Custom tufted sample to be prepared in a chosen color and Ascend standard style,

   • 1st sample free of charge in *available yarn color;

   • 1st sample in custom color match or unavailable yarn color USD150 (DDP**) per color;

   • 2nd and consecutive samples USD75 (DDP**) in *available yarn color;

   • 2nd and consecutive samples USD150 (DDP**) per color for custom color match or unavailable yarn color.

2. Sample charges for new style development,

   • 1st sample USD75 (DDP**) in *available yarn colors;

   • 2nd and consecutive samples in *available yarn color USD150 (DDP**);

   • custom color match - additional charge of USD150 (DDP**) per color.

*available yarn color means the right yarn in the right color that we currently have in stock and we do not have to order specifically for sampling.

** DDP means delivery & duties paid so this charge includes freight and duty.

Timing
For sample preparation in Ascend standard style and available yarn colors, please allow 1-5 working days (excluding the freight). For custom colors and unavailable yarn colors, please allow approx. 4 weeks (excluding the freight).

Sample Size
Standard sample is 12’’ x 12’’ with cut edges. For rolled and taped edges samples and custom size, there is an additional charge of USD75 per each.
